What
are essential oils?
Essential oils are concentrated and highly potent.
They are steam distilled from petals, seeds, roots,
flowering tops, leaves, twigs, grasses, peels and
whole plants. The plants used for essential oils
are grown in countries all over the world. Essential
oils have their own unique aroma and characteristics.
They can have three modes of action on the human
body; pharmacological, physiological, and psychological.
The use of essential oils is considered AROMATHERAPY.
The Aromatic Office is most interested in their
positive effect on our mind, mood, and behavior
through inhalation.
